A company is a tenant. Every API call runs with that tenant's context, and Postgres row-level security filters every table by it. You can belong to several companies with one login.

Business mode

  • Categorization queue with vendor, GL account and cost center
  • Tools: FX Revaluation, COGS Sync, Business Intelligence, BI Report Builder, Subscriptions, Landed Cost, Inbound Shipments, Products
  • Organic Compliance: Transaction Categorization, Supplier Certifications, Trace Back, Mass Balance, Audit Reports
  • Parties, Invoicing, Accounting (Chart of Accounts, Cost Centers), Reports (Balance Sheet, P&L, Trial Balance)

Personal mode

  • Transactions with a Transfer Matcher
  • Tools: Subscriptions, Business Intelligence, BI Report Builder
  • Planning: Categories, Cost Baskets, Planner, Planner Settings
  • Counterparties: Payees and Payers

Switching

The company switcher performs a full reload with the new tenant. Saved questions, dashboards, reports and planner settings are all per company.
