Inventory & COGS sync from Shopify fulfillments

Fulfillment events become stock entries and recognized COGS in the ledger.

  1. Make sure the Shopify connector is synced and products are mapped (Tools → Products).
  2. Open Tools → COGS Sync (/tools/cogs-sync). Run the fulfillment sync (POST /v1/integrations/shopify/fulfillment-sync).
  3. Each fulfillment creates a stock entry; COGS is recognised at the landed cost of the SKU.
  4. Disposals and refunds are handled by the disposal sync so inventory stays true.
